Fast Food Lovers Are Losing Their Minds As KFC Launches ‘Gravynnaise’

One of the best things about fast food chain, KFC, has got to be the delicious pots of gravy. And, if you agree, then this winter is about to get a lot brighter for you.

This week, KFC announced the first of its Christmas themed menu – the Gravy Burger Box Meal.

As the name suggests, the meal comes containing a brand-new burger with a layer of gravynnaise (a delicious gravy and mayonnaise concoction), an Original Recipe chicken fillet, a slice of melted cheese and a ‘hash brown gravy boat’, all stacked inside a sesame seed bun.

Announcing the new meal, KFC said: “We see you. Yeah, you. The one who queues eagerly to get a taste of KFC’s gravy. The one ordering that extra pot to liberally dunk, dip or drizzle.

Having a cheeky dig at the McDonalds new double Big Mac, KFC wrote: “If you’re like most human beings and don’t posses the jaw of a snake, have a Gravy Burger instead.”

“The gravy addict who stocks up the fridge way ahead of Christmas Day.

“Every year you go to great lengths to get your KFC gravy fix, so this Christmas we’ve got a tree-mendous (sorry!) treat for you.”

The fried chicken chain will also be giving away free pots of their glorious gravy with every order until 3 January.

To get involved, all you have to do is use the restaurant’s mobile app.

And it’s all in the name of the Christmas spirit, with KFC experiencing its busiest period over the holidays.

In a statement, the chain revealed: “Nothing makes the festive season quite like a bit of gravy, and Christmas is in full swing over here at KFC HQ.

“So, what better way to spread the festive cheer than by giving away free pots of the good stuff.”

It added: “Whether you’re looking to dunk, drizzle or drench, we guarantee this’ll put a festive pep in your step and get your tail feathers shaking.

“All you gotta do to get involved is select ‘add on a free Regular Gravy’ to your order on the KFC mobile app, available for takeaway and drive-thru.

“That’s all folks, the Colonel’s got you covered (in gravy).”
