Emily Skye is a former fitness model turned personal trainer whose videos will leave your body hurtin’ in alllll the best ways. This video specifically targets arms, legs, ya butt, and core (yup, full body). You’ll need some dumbbells and kettlebells but if you don’t have any, you can use a wine bottle or suitcase instead.

You’ve definitely heard of Kayla Itsines and if you haven’t you’re missing out! If you do want that extra vavavoom, or an amazing backdrop of beaches, marinas and sun soaked swimming pools, check out GymRa. They have a range of workouts, from bodyweight to kettlebells, as well as a variety of instructors. Some of them speak directly to camera as they’re doing the routine, while others record a voiceover , and some workouts are music only. So if you try one workout and it’s not for you, it is worth checking out some of the others as there’s guaranteed to be one you’ll enjoy.
