Yoga with Kassandra’s YouTube page is your yoga go-to, especially if you’re looking for yin yoga, vinyasa flow, and maybe even world peace. Her soothing videos go anywhere from five to 30 minutes, and will definitely leave you feeling much more zen than before you started.
Emily Skye’s Full Body Circuit Workout
Emily Skye is a former fitness model turned personal trainer whose videos will leave your body hurtin’ in alllll the best ways. This video specifically targets arms, legs, ya butt, and core (yup, full body). You’ll need some dumbbells and kettlebells but if you don’t have any, you can use a wine bottle or suitcase instead.
Kayla Itsines’ Arms and Abs BBG Workout
You’ve definitely heard of Kayla Itsines and if you haven’t you’re missing out! With this video, you’ll see eight exercises that target your abs and arms, like ab bikes (bicycle crunches), push-up rows, and a weird but definitely effective move called an X-plank. If you’re down for some serious booty gains, play this vid and let fitness influencer, certified trainer, Anna Victoria, walk you through the routine. You’ll start with a quick warm-up and then get to the real ish: deadlifts, weighted glute bridges, fire hydrants, and more. Good luck walking tomorrow!
Pamela RF’s 10-Minute Equipment-Free Booty Workout
In this booty burner, YouTube queen Pamela RF shows you 15+ moves you can do in 10 minutes to build your butt. Although you won’t get a tutorial here, you can follow her through the whole workout.You’ll do each move for 30 seconds before switching to the next. This might look easy to begin with but the burn is real by the end of the video
Joe Wicks 20 minute full body HIIT
Cheeky chappy Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach is currently staking his claim as the nation’s PE teacher, offering live workouts every weekday morning.
If you take a shine to Joe, you’ll find more of his easy-to-follow workouts on his You Tube channel. But be warned – the more you watch, the more he morphs into an amalgamation of Russell Brand and David Brent.
Fitness Blender 37 minute full body workout
For no frills fitness, check out Fitness Blender , a channel formed by husband and wife duo Daniel and Kelli. Their workouts take place in front of a white backdrop, exuding all the vavaoom you might see in the ones above and below. If this appeals, you’re not alone – Fitness Blender is apparently one of the top five fitness channels on You Tube so there’s clearly an audience for a minimalist approach.
GymRa 26 minute total body dumbell workout
If you do want that extra vavavoom, or an amazing backdrop of beaches, marinas and sun soaked swimming pools, check out GymRa. They have a range of workouts, from bodyweight to kettlebells, as well as a variety of instructors. Some of them speak directly to camera as they’re doing the routine, while others record a voiceover , and some workouts are music only. So if you try one workout and it’s not for you, it is worth checking out some of the others as there’s guaranteed to be one you’ll enjoy.
